Customer experience

We offer our customers a confidential, professional, and clear onboarding process.

After the initial point of contact and a non confidential discussion of the project and our capabilities, the next step is the client’s decision on whether to enter into a confidentiality agreement (CDA).

Once a CDA is signed, detailed discussions lead to the scope of the project and a formal quote for the initial services.

If the client accepts them, the quote and initial scope of the work are formalized in a services agreement between the client and the University of Minnesota.

Upon signing a contract, the client’s project is added to the BRC’s production schedule.

Draft production records are then written and sent to the client for review and approval. All client-supplied materials (e.g., seed stock and proprietary ingredients) must be received by the BRC at least two weeks before the scheduled start of production.

After the production run has been completed and production records have passed the quality review, deliverables are shipped to the client.

Where most people fail is in getting your process to a point where it's scalable. I would collaborate with the BRC again in a heartbeat. –Brian Lawrence, Silk Technologies CEIO
